Continuously Operation Reference Stations (CORS)

Continuously Operation Reference Stations (CORS) System is used to obtain the error of satellite positioning measurement. It calculates the correction result of the satellite positioning coordinates and its own accurate coordinates, and send it to the receiver, which is used to obtain positioning accuracy of millimeter to sub-meter level. Its application fields cover surveying and mapping, resource exploration, infrastructure engineering, deformation monitoring, driving test and driving training, precision agriculture, and traffic navigation. Applied technologies include local differential technology, network RTK technology, and digital communication technology. It can be designed to be compatible with four GNSS systems. It is composed of Ground Reference Station Network and Service Center.
